Our Atram® handle applicator machine is a fully automatic system that, in case there is an anomaly in the process and by strategically placed detectors for handle supplies, both on the conveyor belt and on the positioning element, will warn us acoustically and visually, stopping the machine instantaneously by detecting the accumulation of containers or absence of handles in the dispenser, and starting up once the normality has been restored.
The system is prepared for use in pet bottles of 5 and 8 liters with a production of 2,000, 4,000, 6,000 and 10,000 units / hour. For productions above 10,000 units / hour we have a double feeding system.
We adapt to the demands of our customers adapting to any color and shape of handle.
